Privacy Policy

This policy covers information collected through albeeholdings.com — the public site, the AI Maturity Poll, and the Partner Portal. It does not cover the internal handling of information exchanged directly with Albee Holdings LLC outside this site (email, calls, signed agreements), which is governed by those separate arrangements.

We collect information in three places on this site:

• Contact form — name, email address, phone number, and whatever message you include, when you submit the form on the homepage.
• AI Maturity Poll — the stage you select and, if provided, a short free-text follow-up. Poll responses are stored in aggregate and are not linked to your name, email, or IP address.
• Partner Portal — a username and password we issue directly to partners for access to private materials. We do not collect this through public sign-up.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

This site does not set tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for two things, both purely functional and readable only by this site: remembering that you've already taken the AI Maturity Poll, and rotating which marketing image displays in the poll banner on repeat visits. Neither is tied to your identity, and both can be cleared by clearing your browser's site data.

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry. Poll responses are used in aggregate to understand how organizations are actually using AI, and to improve the poll and the site's own content. Portal credentials are used only to authenticate access to the materials assigned to that account.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information you submit is processed and stored using Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages and Workers KV), which hosts this site and its forms; Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf as our infrastructure provider, not as an independent party.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond and to maintain a record of the inquiry. Aggregate poll data is retained indefinitely in de-identified form. Portal accounts and their credentials are retained for the duration of the partner relationship and removed when it ends.

To request that we delete information you've submitted through the contact form, or to ask what we hold about you, email us using the address below. We'll respond and act on reasonable requests within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the last update. Material changes to how we handle previously collected information will be reflected here before they take effect.
