You've led operations inside a successful company, and you've scaled something from the ground up. Now you want to do it as a founder. You'll run the new company day to day: contracts and follow-through, delivery, finance, hiring, and the structure it needs to grow.

You have

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Corporate operations leadership.
  • Hands-on startup scaling.
  • The instinct to turn a crowded desk into a clear plan.

The terms

This is a founding role in a new company being formed, with founder equity. Salary begins at first funding or first revenue, whichever comes first, and grows with the business. We don't borrow to make payroll. It suits someone financially positioned to build on equity until then.
