Founding VP, Systems Engineering

You've built serious systems inside corporate America, and you've always known you could build your own. This is that seat.

We run a working AI operating system: governed, multi-model, and live across real businesses today. We need a senior engineer who understands computing end to end, still codes at a high level, and uses AI as a force multiplier for what they already know.

What you'll control

the platform's architecture and reliability; security (identity, secrets, cloud); how multiple AI models work together safely; and turning what runs for us into something repeatable for clients.

You have

  • 10+ years of engineering experience, including building and running production systems.
  • Strong security fundamentals.
  • A track record of shipping.
  • A genuine love of working alongside AI, not despite it.

The terms

This is a founding role in a new company being formed, with founder equity. Salary begins at first funding or first revenue, whichever comes first, and grows with the business. We don't borrow to make payroll. It suits someone financially positioned to build on equity until then.
